La Z Zurich Foundation tiene previsto destinar hasta 750.000 euros a organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro durante los tres años que durará este proyecto solidario, en el que además del Medio Maratón Valencia, se incluyen los maratones, medios maratones y carreras de la mujer que la compañía patrocina en España. La Casa Ronald McDonald de Valencia y New Balance han puesto a la venta peluches vestidos con la camiseta oficial del maratón 2023 con el fin de que el total de la recaudación sea íntegra para la ONG. Estos peluches serán una edición limitada y todo lo recaudado irá para alojar gratuitamente a familias con hijos/as gravemente enfermos que se desplazan hasta Valencia para recibir tratamiento médico.
